Set your dimensions
Editable sample, not physically tested. Stored dimensions are millimeters.
Base width/depth are nominal score-to-score inside floor dimensions; wall height is floor score to top edge. Lid inside width/depth = base inside width/depth + 2 × material thickness + total fit clearance. Clearance is added once per dimension, half per side.
Base
Nominal inside: 80.00 × 60.00 × 25.00 mm
Complete dieline: 130.00 × 110.00 mm

Usable area: 200.00 × 287.00 mm

Cut, score and assemble
Numbered schematic of the current geometry, not a finished-box photograph. Solid: cut; dashed: score; shaded 4: corner glue tabs.
Base
Lid
- Keep floor 1 flat. Cut the outer contour and score every dashed line, including tab hinges.
- Raise walls 2 by 90°. Fold shaded tabs 4 inward by 90°.
- Apply adhesive to the outward-facing surface of tabs 4. Raise walls 3 outside the tabs and bond each tab to the inside face of wall 3. Hold square until dry.
- Assemble both parts separately. Turn the dry lid over and lower it over the base. Lid wall height is nominal coverage from the rim, at most the base wall height. Trial fit before use.
Print at actual size
Choose Actual size / 100%, turn off Fit to page, and confirm paper and margins. Before cutting, measure the known floor width shown above and check the entire contour. PDF never tiles or shrinks. SVG width and height are millimeters: preserve these physical dimensions in your printing software.
Examples & questions
Load sample / reset loads editable software examples, not physically verified projects. Unit changes preserve physical size. Language changes retain this tool’s settings; another box style uses its own parameters.
Each part has different dimensions, so paper fit and PDF availability are independent. Thickness estimates the base outside size for the lid formula; score positions have no bend allowance compensation. Paper, glued corners and printer error affect finished fit.
Real-phone file saving, measured printing and physical assembly remain to be confirmed.
